The Saddle Ridge Circle Community Center:

The Saddle Ridge Circle Community Center, located at 300 Saddle Ridge Circle, is a 1200 square-foot clubroom with 30 foot ceilings, a gas fireplace, easychairs, couches, and stackable chairs (80) and 10 tables that will comfortably sit 85 or more people in a variety of configurations.  The room has hosted functions from wedding receptions to high school graduations, from baby namings to community fundraisers.  There is also a full kitchen with ice maker, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave; usage of the kitchen is included in your rental fee.

Titleholders and tenants of titleholders (a current copy of your lease must be on file in the management office) are allowed to rent the clubroom; rental hours are 12pm to 11pm any day of the week (reservations are first come, first served, so be sure to contact management well in advance of the event to determine availability) and there is a $200 rental fee and a $250 deposit that needs to be paid 2 weeks before your event.  The deposit is refundable, provided that your event is finished on time and there are no damages or cleaning issues.  For more info, please refer to the room’s registration calendar and usage policies.

The Village Center Community Room:

The Village Center Community Room, located at 800 Pleasant Drive, Suite 200 (above Curves), is a low-cost alternative to the clubroom in the Saddle Ridge Circle Community Center.  The Village Center Community Room is a 1500 square-foot area that is ideal for hosting low-key functions, such as children’s birthday parties and card games.  In fact, it served as the home of the King Farm Bridge Club during much of the club’s existence. 

The Village Center Community Room has linoleum floors (which makes for easy cleanup after spills and heavy foot traffic), track lighting and a refrigerator/freezer and microwave.  There are 45 chairs and 7 3’x5’ folding tables, making setup in a variety of configurations possible.  The room is available for rental by titleholders and tenants of titleholders (a current copy of your lease must be on file in the management office) from 12pm to 11pm any day of the week (reservations are first come, first served, so be sure to contact management well in advance of the event to determine availability).  There is a $75 rental fee and a $200 deposit that is refundable, provided that your event is finished on time and there are no damages or cleaning issues.  For more info, please refer to the room’s registration calendar and usage policies.

Fitness Room

The fitness room, located in the Saddle Ridge Circle Community Center, can be accessed with a code provided by management.  We're happy to make this amenity available to titleholders and tenants of titleholders (a current copy of your lease must be on file in the management office); however, please remember that any children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.  The room is equipped with a cable TV and there are restrooms adjacent to the facility.
